Return Policy

Return for Refund or Exchange All returns are subject to inspection by Sam's Tire Service and are accepted within 30 days of delivery/pick up. Only unused product that has not been driven on and is not damaged is eligible for return. Orders that are picked up are only eligible for immediate return or exchange on the same day they are picked up. After that time, orders must be reviewed by a returns specialist before an exchange or credit is provided. Please allow 2-3 business days to process the credit. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. No returns, exchanges or refunds will be accepted on sale tire orders.
